It’s crazy… I’m averaging about 1,000 visits a week on my blog–nearly 200 a day! It’s weird to think that many people are having fun with me as this whole photography thing continues to take off.
If you’ve met me in the journey of the last couple years, or talked to me at all about my photography, I can do nothing but credit a big God who’s blessing in big ways. I feel completely affirmed that this is the direction God has for me and it’s been so incredible to watch the bookings come in rapidly and the growth to be felt exponentially. Thanks, you 200 daily visitors you.
Which brings me to this point: I LOVE COMMENTS! I want to know your favorites from a shoot, how the pictures make you feel, if you think something is funny, weird, or ugly, if you’re a friend or if we’ve never met, just WHATEVER. I can’t even tell you how motivating it is. I’m thinking that if some of you start commenting, it will just take off and others may follow suit… if not, I’m not going to stop taking pictures, I’ll just keep doing it without hearing much from all of YOU!
I appreciate all you who’ve been supporting me since day one. It’s made all the difference.
Alright, I’m out. Time to get back to the editing…

glad you said something! I wondered if it got on your nerves to have a million comments to go through!! I LOVE the one of the most recent shoot of the bride and her bridesmaids…I have no idea who she is but I feel like Iknow her from that pic…shows a lot of personality…looks genuine…love it! Keep it up!
LOVE the brick photograph because of the texture
P.S. It’s mid-term time which means 1/4 of the way through these 2 semesters. I’ll be back before you know it… miss you and yours!
Fun! I love comments.
Backtracking…I know this is weird, but one of my favorite things in Christy and Michael’s pictures is the green mascara wand!
I almost knocked on your door the other day (I’m dying to meet Jessica!!!), but I have no idea where you live-ha! I had a 1 year old whose parents both graduated from MC and wanted to take photos on campus.
I haven’t seen a photo I didn’t like yet! We’re so excited to have you take Katie’s pictures, and will be back in touch with you within the week! Looking forward to seeing your beach wedding pictures too! Say hello to Jessica for us…:)
