Mr. & Mrs. Howell
I’m not sure what to say about this past weekend. Seaside, FL, first off is beautiful. Chelsea and Landon, secondly (and far more importantly), are stinkin’ awesome. This couple went to MC, but they’re a few years older and we missed really getting to know one another in college. They live in Seattle, WA and wanted a destination wedding in Seaside–best decision ever. I could NOT take a bad picture this past weekend. And, the entire crew couldn’t have been more welcoming, pleasant, or encouraging. I love the Dossetts and the Howells.
Enjoy these images, and I hope somebody out there invites me to shoot in Seaside again… (hint, hint future brides!)
Next wedding post will be Heather and Will from a few weeks back… it’s gonna be great!
Landon wrote Chelsea two weeks worth of notes–one to be opened each day prior to the wedding…

If you know Landon, you can HEAR his laugh when you see this picture…

I LOVE Chelsea’s expression in this picture. This is minutes before she would walk with her Dad to the chapel…

Probably my favorite shot from the weekend…

They brought down their favorite band from Jackson, the House Rockers

Yes, that’s sand. After only the slightest suggestion, the two of ‘em were ready for more pictures at the end of the reception…on the shore!

Beautiful work.
Confession time…the first thing I thought when I saw the water photos was, so glad he didn’t drop the camera. Not that you’re clumsy, but I am clumsy and I would have been so nervous!
I have to know, was the wedding at Carillon in the chapel?
Robby these pictures are Fantastic! I WILL have a wedding on the beach one day….and you’ll have to be my photographer. You’re amazing.
Robby…these pictures are absoltely AMAZING! Everytime I see a new group of pictures it makes me so excited about my big day and that you’re going to be there to capture it all!
Wow! Those are the coolest most creative wedding photos I’ve ever seen! I wish I could go back 15 years and do it all over! WOW! Keep it up – you have a quite an eye for the “moment” and a gift of creativity!
Great shots. I love the beach shots.
Actually I love the one of Chelse with the bab. There was a certain glow and joy about that is unusually hard to capture.
Sorry Gerard and Jane couldn’t be there. We were there with Rob and Ansley, etc this year and never got the chance to see the inside of the church. That area is a beautiful area for such an occasion and photos.
Oh, Landon you were you handsome best.
I do wonder how you will ever get all the sand out of that dress.
Love,
Gerard
I believe those are the best wedding pictures I have ever seen. You guys looked exceptionally happy. Chelsea you looked absolutely radiant. Landon you looked very handsome yourself. : ) I can feel the love between you when I look at these pictures. Don’t ever let it go.
Love,
Anita
Hey, I’ll comment, because I sure don’t want you to stop taking those gorgeous pictures! We have never met, but Sarah (Moller) Renick told me about you. She gave me your blog to follow as I am trying to get my business up and going. I have never been brave enough to get into weddings yet. It’s such a big day! I’m just not that comfortable yet. I love looking at your pictures! The LORD has definitely gifted you with amazing talent, and I love to see people who He has blessed returning all the glory to Him! I for sure would love for you to take my engagement and wedding pictures one day when the Lord leads down that path. You have a uniqueness that I have never seen before and I love it. It’s so creative and fresh! Keep em coming! It’s such a treat to be able to see your work! Revel in the goodness of God as He continues to bless you daily!
Wow, these were just incredible!! Loved them. I think they captured Chelsea and Landon perfectly. Chelsea, you looked beautiful!
The one on the beach was my favorite too. Just beautiful.
And yes, I could hear Landon laughing in 1 or 2 of the pictures.
Incredible job Robby.
Robby, I’ve always told you I love your pictures and how much of an amazing photographer you are. Keep them coming! I love looking at your pictures. I have told you before and I am sticking to it – you will be taking some for me one day! I love the picture of them laying in the sand with the candles. BEAUTIFUL!
